What is the TINIG Feedback Portal?
TINIG (*Tugon Imungkahi tungo sa Naayong Inisyatiba at Gabay*) is the University of the Philippines' central web portal for collecting and acting on feedback from students, employees and the public.
How UP uses it:
- Feedback forms: offices create step-by-step forms shared through a public link.
- Event evaluations: forms connect to the university's Event Management System (EMS) so attendees can rate events.
- Access by office: each office sees only its own feedback, organized by constituent university and office.
- Dashboards & reports: live analytics with PDF and Excel export for planning and quality assurance.
- Alerts & AI insights: offices get notified about urgent concerns and receive AI summaries of feedback trends.
