While working on-site with the Creative Seven photobooth team (Shutterbox) during foundation week at RTRMF / DRTREFI, I observed how manual workflows struggled as crowds swelled. Paper queue slips were misplaced, staff had to shout over the noise to announce numbers, and reconciling high-volume sales split between cash and GCash caused constant delays and balance discrepancies.
To eliminate these bottlenecks, I built the Creative Seven App to streamline the entire event lifecycle. Engineered with an offline-first architecture for venues with poor cellular reception, the app automates customer intake with a live queue calling screen and kiosk display. It integrates real-time multi-channel financial tracking to balance cash and digital payments instantly while centralizing booth bookings into a unified dashboard, replacing manual confusion with an automated workflow.
