Fixes

• Assembler re-filtered all xx,xxx items on every pick — cell shape, status, history, exposure can't change mid-cell, so decided once per cell from a category index (~2M predicate evals → ~15k)

• Shared-word rule inverted: placing an item marks what it rules out, testing a candidate is one set lookup

• Two O(n²) loops removed — reason positions via map, passages grouped in one pass

• checkFeasibility read the bank once per cell → once total (boot runs it per blueprint)

• Every paper hashed all xx,xxx row signatures twice (SHA-256) → once per row

• Generator solved the problem, then invariants solved it again — rejected seeds paid twice

• Options normalised twice per check; stem normalised even when exempt

• Item id parses memoised (depth report re-parsed full history each sitting, growing as n²)

Measured

• 150-item form assembly: 247ms → 92ms

• supplementary.test.ts: 27s → 10s

• Full test suite: ~110s → ~57s, 1,884 passing

• content:assemble: 8m30s → ~6m
